Alg was designed by nutritionist Sarah Leung, who is a woman on a wellness mission. As the founder of an award winning wellness centre, Sarah wants to inspire people to try new foods and new ingredients. She recently turned to one of her favourite foods: seaweed, a food she's been eating herself since a young age. Sourcing high quality Tasmanian hand harvested seaweed, Sarah wants to turn this superfood into a daily condiment for households across the country.
