Newly established in October 2015 in the Yarra Valley, creator and producer Meg Farrell developed a range of fructose-friendly sauces after being diagnosed with Fructose Malabsorption, a condition which requires people to avoid foods with garlic and onion as well as many types of fruits and vegetables.

Meg's diagnosis made it virtually impossible for her to eat out at restaurants or cafes. She also found that there was nothing with any flavour on the supermarket shelves that didn't contain garlic, onion or fructose that she could buy to use in her own cooking. So she started making her own, and once she realised she could bring flavour back into her life, she wanted to help others by developing a fructose-friendly range of sauces that are flavoursome and bring enjoyment back to food.
