Packaging 

Do you use recycled materials?

We care about the environment and pride ourselves in only using reused and recycled materials to wrap up your delicious orders. All our printed materials also use recycled kraft paper and eco printed ink. 

We've decided that it's more important to us to reduce our carbon footprint rather than delivering a beautiful looking package that will end up in the bin. Therefore you may receive your order in a box that's branded by one of our producers, filled with bubble wrap or paper we received from them in earlier deliveries. It may not be as pretty on the eyes, but much prettier on the Earth. In return, we hope you can reuse or recycle this packaging once received.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We package and ship your order from Melbourne within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you can expect your package to arrive within the following timeframes:

  • Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane: 1-3 business days
  • Adelaide: 2-4 business days
  • Perth & Tasmania: 5-7 business days
  • Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days
  • Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we ship Australia wide, but do get in touch if you live abroad and want to receive a special care package from us.

How much is postage?

All delicious orders incur a flat rate delivery fee of $8.95. If you're lucky enough to order over $50, we'll ship it to you for free.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from our shipping partner with your tracking number.

Returns

My item received faulty/damaged

Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced or reimbursed if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Please email us a photograph within 7 days at  hello@foodrepository.com and we will guide you through the replacement process.
