About Weyhill Farm
Weyhill Farm is run by Stewart and Julie, who left the stresses of the corporate world behind to start a garlic farm in Gippsland. Entirely self-taught, they plant, harvest and process everything themselves. In addition to selling their garlic bulbs at the farmers market at the weekends, they came up with a clever way to create easy seasoning that complements any dish, by blending their garlic with fresh herbs from the garden and locally-sourced Australian sea salt.
